About the Program
Our university program enhances the strategic Qatarization
plan of the State of Qatar by providing a highly qualified and
competent national workforce. Through the program, we
prepare Qatari high school graduates, encouraging them to
enroll and study bachelor level degree programs at
approved academic institutions in-country and overseas.
Upon their graduation from university, we place them in
dynamic development programs to ensure a smooth and
successful transition to senior-level positions in a variety of specializations within the energy sector.
